Returns
• You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
• To start a return, email graditorsales@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions.

Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm approval.
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to post.

Exchanges
• Want a different color? Email graditorsales@gmail.com and we'll help you exchange it.

Damaged or defective items
• If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days at [SUPPORT EMAIL] with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you in full — no return shipping cost to you.

Non-returnable items
• Gift cards and any items marked "final sale."
